I am filing this complaint against XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, a third-party debt collector, for knowingly violating multiple federal consumer protection laws by reporting inaccurate, unverifiable, and unlawfully re-aged debt on my credit report, originally from XXXX XXXX XXXX Violations Identified : Failure to Validate the Debt ( 15 U.S.C. 1692g ) I have never received a written notice or validation of this debt from XXXX XXXX XXXX within the required 5-day period following their first contact, nor have they provided any verification upon request. Unlawful Credit Reporting Without Validation ( FDCPA 809 ( b ) ) XXXX XXXX XXXX has reported this account to TransUnion without providing legal validation. This is a direct violation of FDCPA
