Problem with convenience check. I am a current credit card holder of Citibank. After receiving unrequested balance transfer checks in the postal mail on XX/XX/year> I called XXXX requesting to opt out of receiving these. I was told I would be opted out, until I received more balance transfer checks again on XX/XX/year>. Again I called back and this time I was told I would be opted out. Now, today XX/XX/year> I receive more unrequested balance transfer checks. The bank is putting my account at risk by sending these checks. They could easily be stolen and cashed without my knowledge. Then I would be at the mercy of Citibank 's fraud department to see if I might get my money back. And If I don't get my money back and can't pay the bill, then they will report negative information on my credit
