According to the Truth in Lending Act ( TILA ) and the Credit CARD Act of XXXX, creditors must send a statement or notice at least XXXX XXXXs before the payment due date. This requirement ensures that consumers have sufficient time to make their payments and avoid negative reporting. In this case, neither I nor XXXX XXXX XXXX received any such statement or notice at least XXXX days prior to the payment due date for the billing cycle in question.
