Problem with fees. I have been a XXXX client with HSBC for over a decade. Historically, my HSBC XXXX XXXX Credit Card waived the {$95.00} annual fee for XXXX customers. On XX/XX/XXXX, I discovered a {$95.00} annual fee posted to my account. After reviewing HSBCs website and contacting customer service, I learned the waiver policy had been changed to apply only to XXXX XXXX clients. I never received any physical or electronic notice directly informing me of this change. Upon reviewing my prior statements, I confirmed that the statement immediately before XX/XX/XXXX contained no mention of an annual fee.
