None. On XX/XX/2025 a tenant sent me {$2700.00}, I logged on to chime and instituted a transfer from my chime account to my XXXX XXXX checking acct ending in XXXX. They said it would take 1-5 days, after 5 days I found that CHIME had withdrawn {$2700.00} from my account instead of depositing it to the account. When I checked my CHIME balance on the XXXX day after the transaction I found a balance of only {$2700.00} which was the original amount paid by my tenant. the {$2700.00} withdrawn from my XXXX XXXX checking acct ending in XXXX does not appear. CHIME makes it very difficult and confusing to contact them if a customer needs to resolve a problem. I am an educated person familiar with the operation of computers mobile phones etc. Still I could not resolve this problem. S
