Credit inquiries on your report that you don't recognize. I'm contacting you because I recently discovered a credit inquiry on my report that I had no knowledge of, did not authorize, and did not initiate. This inquiry is fraudulent, plain and simple, and it should have never been made under my name. I have never applied for credit or given any form of consent to the company that pulled this inquiry. I only found out about it while reviewing my credit report, and Im furious that someone was able to access my personal credit file without my permission. This is not just a mistake it is unauthorized access to my private financial information, and it is a clear violation of my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ).
