Account status incorrect. Account statement from [ XXXX XXXX ] showing payment has been made on the due date Im This is inaccurate and violates the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), which requires that all furnished information be complete and correct. I request that the CFPB require [ XXXX XXXX ] to correct this inaccurate late payment and confirm the correction with all credit bureaus
