Credit inquiries on your report that you don't recognize. Unauthorized access to my credit report by multiple companies has caused direct and measurable harm to both my credit and credit score. I previously contacted your agency and was assured by a representative that these unauthorized inquiries would be removed. That assurance has not been honoredthese inquiries remain. This ongoing inaction is unacceptable. The continued presence of these potentially fraudulent entries is a serious breach, strongly suggesting identity theft, and is causing ongoing emotional and financial harm.
