Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports — TRANSUNION INTERMEDIATE HOLDINGS, INC. (TX)

Difficulty submitting a dispute or getting information about a dispute over the phone. Hello I sent dispute letters to all 3 bureas via usps certified mail and it was received on XX/XX/XXXX. I gave it 15 days then called to ask if the letters was processed. they told me that the didn't accept 3rd party letters. I told them that I was the person that sent it and they said they would do an investigation but every time I check on the status they give me the run around.
