Problem with fees. I made a purchase at XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. I got a reminder email to pay bill 2 days after the due date which I paid in full immediately that day but was charged the {$30.00} late payment fee. I have paperless statements and I called and they said it was sent on XX/XX/XXXX. I looked back on all my current emails and deleted emails that day and I see nothing. My complaint is if they can send me a reminder two days after due date to clearly get me to pay a late payment fee, why cant they attempt one time prior or on due date? In that case I would have paid in full and not be charged a fee. I feel Synchrony purposely does not send a reminder for paperless statements so they make millions on late payment fees. There should be a law that they must have 2 attempts after the firs
