Reporting company used your report improperly. This is now my third formal dispute. You have failed to meet your obligations under the FCRA to provide verifiable documentation proving the accuracy of the reported accounts. Under FCRA 1681e ( b ), credit bureaus must maintain maximum possible accuracy, and under FCRA 1681s-2 ( b ), furnishers must investigate disputed information. Failure to do so violates federal consumer protection laws, and I am prepared to escalate this matter further if not resolved promptly.
