Their investigation did not fix an error on your report. I am a victim of identity theft. I am writing to request that you remove the following Incorrect information from my credit report. Someone has used my personal information to obtain loans and credit cards. I have no idea how the theft took place, I also have no knowledge of any suspects. I did not consent to, authorize nor benefit from any of the following accounts. I also did not receive any money, goods, or services as a result of identity theft. Please investigate and remove all fraudulent inaccurate accounts as I have no knowledge of any of these accounts due to the XXXX data breaches or Identity theft.
