Investigation took more than 30 days. On XX/XX/XXXX I sent a certified letter for validation of a debt to Portfolio Recovery Associates , LLC. A debt bought from XXXX XXXX, XXXX. I was sent a generic billing statement which doesn't provide validation of the debt. I asked for a Original contract bearing my signature the Forward Flow, chain of title and Legal Authorization and Compliance and and a complete itemization of accounting charges of the alleged debt. I received a mere response.
