Problem using a debit or ATM card. I had several fraudulent debit card charges linked to my PNC Bank checking account, mostly international. I disputed the charges as they were not mine and I was not out of the country when they were made. PNC says my physical card or a digital wallet was used in making these transactions so I must have been the responsible party so they are maintaining that I am liable for the charges. They are 100 % not my charges. The individual charges totaled {$120.00} but PNC refuses to refund the charges ( exept 1 ) or investigate further. I believe there is a security breach that could leave other consumers vulnerable as someone was able to use my debit card account info to make these transactions. I am writing a letter of complaint to PNC and also filing this comp
