Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports — TRANSUNION INTERMEDIATE HOLDINGS, INC. (CA)

Reporting company used your report improperly. I am submitting this complaint to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ( CFPB ) because my consumer report contains multiple inaccurate addresses, accounts, late payments, charge-offs, collections, and unauthorized inquiries. These errors are seriously damaging my creditworthiness, preventing me from obtaining fair financial opportunities, housing, and employment. I have disputed these items with the credit reporting agencies, but they remain on my report in violation of my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ).
