Problem with rewards from credit card. On XX/XX/year> I attempted to use an annual travel credit of {$98.00} that was due to expire that day. The account web pages do not display the time of day or timezone when the credit expires. Earlier that day I called the card company to confirm how long I had to use the credit before it expired. The customer service agent told me I could use it anytime today.
