Other problem getting your report or credit score. I have encountered difficulties accessing my Experian Credit Bureau AND Equifax Information Services account and was instructed to send identification documents for verification. Despite providing clear and legible documentation, I am still unable to access my account. This is why I escalated the matter through the CFPB.
