Debt collection — Upstart Holdings, Inc. (GA)

Contacted you after you asked them to stop. Upstart Loan Operations has contacted me by phone also via text, despite my lack of consent to be contacted this way. On XX/XX/year> and XX/XX/year>, I received calls, robot calls, and voicemails from XXXX, in which an agent named XXXX identified himself as calling from Upstart Loan Operations and requested that I call back at XXXX. I have attached screenshots and transcripts of these calls as evidence. These actions violate my consumer rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( 15 U.S.C. 1692c, 1692d ( 5 ) ), which prohibit repeated or harassing calls and calls made without consent. These contacts have caused me stress and inconvenience, and I consider them unlawful debt collection activity. I request that the CFPB investigate
