Credit reporting — Experian Information Solutions Inc. (KY)

Billing dispute. Experian has been charging me {$29.00} for the past 8 months for a service I neither requested nor have been provided. The dates of the charges are XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. Because of these spurious charges, I have also incurred {$170.00} in overdraft fees at my bank. When contacted about this, Experian merely agreed to close this " account ''. I believe this " account '' is now closed, but I have not been sent any of the reports they charged me for, nor do I want these reports. I have the bank statements showing the charges, but am uncomfortable loading them here. Experian 's method of doing business is underhanded and wrong.
