Information belongs to someone else. Midland Credit Management , Inc. is furnishing inaccurate information to the credit reporting agencies. The same account is being reported with two different balances ( {$950.00} and {$970.00} ) across all three major credit bureaus. This violates the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ), which requires furnishers to report complete and accurate information. Midland Credit Management is reporting a collection account under my name. On each of my credit reports ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ), Midland has furnished two separate entries for the same account. One entry shows a balance of {$950.00}. Another entry shows a balance of {$970.00}. Both appear simultaneously on the same reports, creating duplicate, inconsistent reporting.
