Credit card company isn't resolving a dispute about a purchase on your statement. In XXXX I made the mistake of using my card online and have been having fraudulent charges appear ever since. I have contacted Capital One several times to report these charges. No changes are being made. I have recieved XXXX replacement cards, but by the time I get the cards in the mail. They are flagged for suspected fraud and I'm declined in store. The last time I was able to use my Capital One card was XX/XX/year> I have spoke to Capital One XXXX times since then. A supervisor from the fraud dept was supposed to be reaching out within XXXX business days of my last call. That never happened. I did wake up this morning to another fraudulent charge on my account. Spoke to a supervisor who was unhelpful. Expl
