Didn't receive terms that were advertised. BMO Bank has provided extremely poor customer service. I opened a Relationship Checking account with the {$600.00} bonus offer, but the promotion code was not applied to my account. When I first contacted customer service, they assured me that they had applied the code. However, after I completed all the offer requirements and waited more than 90 days, I followed up again only to be told that the promotion code had still not been applied. The promotion code should be XXXX
