Other problem getting your report or credit score. Starting in XX/XX/year> I've tried to unlock my credit. I locked my credit with Experian a few years ago. Now I can not log in to unlock it to have an expected credit check run. I tried to reset my password, but I never get the verification texts despite the fact the number looks correct. I tried to reset my username in case that was the issue, and I couldn't log on even when prompted to put in my SSN and DOB. I've called customer service several times but can never get a person. It always says " that option is unavailable at this time. I talked to my bank, they cant help me.
