Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports — Experian Information Solutions Inc. (UT)

Information belongs to someone else. I am the victim of identity theft. I have submitted a formal dispute along with an FTC Identity Theft Report and all required documentation to support the claim. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the bureaus are obligated to block all fraudulent accounts within 4 business days of receiving proper notice. I am demanding permanent deletion of any fraudulent accounts found. I am also attaching my FTC report, formal dispute letter, and government-issued ID, SSN, and proof of address for verification purposes.
