Problem with product or service terms changing. I was the victim of identity theft a year or two ago, so I was encouraged to set up credit freezes with the credit agencies. I did this with all three agencies : Experian, XXXX, and XXXX. Experian required that I sign up for a " free membership '' to access my account for credit freezes which I now need to do as I am applying for a new credit account. However, I believe someone has stolen my Experian " free membership '' account and replaced my email and phone information. The problem that I am seeking your help with is that Experian does not provide a way to speak to anyone at the company to fix the account theft problem.
