Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports — TRANSUNION INTERMEDIATE HOLDINGS, INC. (FL)

Didn't receive services that were advertised. My identity was hacked, someone has taken out a {$150.00} loan, I have no access to the account. I called the XXXX and am told to access thru the app. I don't have the info the scammer used, so if I put in my correct info they want me to apply for a loan, i dont want a loan. The loan is 60 or 90 days past due its hurting my credit. I did dispute with TransUnion. It came back it was my loan.... It is not ...!!!! I have not received one word, letter or email from Possible finance asking for a payment or saying it was past due. This can not be legitimate, I would personally have no reason to get a {$150.00} loan.
