Information belongs to someone else. I am writing pursuant to the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), particularly Section 605B [ 15 U.S. Code 1681c2 ], which mandates that consumer reporting agencies must block and remove all information resulting from identity theft within 4 business days of receiving appropriate proof. I am a victim of identity theft, and fraudulent activity has been reported on my credit file as a result of a data breach.
