Company closed your account. On or about XX/XX/year>, Capital One locked me out of my account for reasons unbeknownst to me. Whenever I tried to log in it just came up with an error message stating to call their toll free number for assistance. I'm currently overseas and it's very expensive to make such call so I didn't immediately call. On or about mid XXXX Capital One claims they sent me notice stating I needed to do x, y, or z or that my XXXX account would be closed. The biggest problem with this notice, is that I was locked out of my account and had no possible way to access this information. Eventually in the past XXXX weeks I've reached out to them at an excessive expense. They are advising me that my account is closed and that it will not be reopened because I didn't comply
