None. In XX/XX/XXXX, I purchased XXXX XXXX XXXX services from XXXX and financed the {$1200.00} balance through Healthcare Finance Direct. At the time of signing, XXXX clearly told me the financing would be at 0 % interest. I had previously been denied for other financing offers because I did not qualify for 0 % interest, so I only agreed to proceed based on this promise. I later discovered that interest had been accruing monthly from the beginning of the contract, which I did not realize until nearly a year later. Since XX/XX/XXXX, I have contacted both XXXX and Healthcare Finance Direct multiple times to resolve this matter. XXXX has told me they have no department to address it, while Healthcare Finance Direct has refused to adjust the account, stating that too much time has passed.
