Trouble using the card to spend money in a store or online. I paid for a XXXX XXXX gift card for {$100.00}, when I got it I went to my local XXXX to use it to buy groceries, it was declined so I called add the card had already been used for a {$20.00} then a {$80.00} transaction to a design company in Arizona. I ever got email from the merchant that this was fraud, and that I was the XXXX person to call XXXX sent this to the dispute department, but Ive been denied XXXX now because XXXX saying theres no fraud that I gave them merchant my number for the card which I never did and the merchant never did business with me. They never called him to verify either but yet theyre denying me and theyre giving me the runaround the suspense since XXXX of this year XXXX. I dont know what else to do. Th
