Problem accessing account. Since the XXXX of this year I have had my bank accounts attacked by hackers. They have gotten remote control of my phone & have contacted the bank. I bought a new phone & got a new number & within 2 weeks they figured out my new number. I have set up 2FA but it is no longer fully effective. Since my accounts get continually blocked I have to call & go through an XXXX process. I am sick of going through this. I have asked Chase for a XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX device. They tell me it is only for Business. I have told them it is the best device for my problem. All I get are I am sorry. I am sick of apologies that amount to nothing.
