Reporting company used your report improperly. This is my fourth dispute, and you are now bordering on willful noncompliance with federal law. Under FCRA 1681n, consumers may sue for willful noncompliance and seek statutory damages. You are also in violation of the Consumer Data Industry Association ( CDIA ) standards, and possibly breaching FTC guidelines on fair reporting. I demand immediate deletion of all unverifiable, inaccurate, or misrepresented data before I initiate formal regulatory complaints and legal proceedings.
