Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports — EQUIFAX, INC. (NC)

Information belongs to someone else. I checked my credit report about a year ago and found a student loan account reporting which is not mine. I contacted the credit agencies and the Department of Education and they are stating that there is an account in my name which I did not create. They have yet to remove this information from my account after several attempts by myself and supporting documents. I am trying over and over again to correct this information and they still will not acknowledge this account as not being mine. I need help!!
