Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports — TRANSUNION INTERMEDIATE HOLDINGS, INC. (UT)

Information belongs to someone else. I am filing this complaint because XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX is reporting a fraudulent account that I never applied for, authorized, or used. I have disputed this account multiple times with both XXXX XXXX and the credit bureaus. Instead of providing proof, XXXX XXXX has attempted to redirect me to the OCC, which is improper. This is not a bank charter issue it is a credit reporting violation under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), which falls squarely under CFPB enforcement authority. XXXX XXXX has failed to provide a signed application or contract to verify this account. They continue to furnish this inaccurate and fraudulent information to XXXX XXXX, and TransUnion despite my notice of identity theft. Violations of Federal Law Fair Credit Reporting
