Problem with personal statement of dispute. Please note I have previously submitted a complaint on this issue, and do not believe the issue was addressed. Simply asking the bank to check the information reporeted does not resolve their failure to provide accurate information on my monthly statement and irresponsible attitude in reporting me for " late payments '' that I had no way of not being late for by the information they provided and did not provide to me. I demand that the CFPB take a close look at the actual situation without directly asking the bank to investigate and then close this complaint after they provide a self-justifying response, which dose not get to the core of the issue.
