Company closed your account. Capital One closed XXXX of my credit card accounts within days ( ending in XXXX on XXXX XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX on XXXX XXXX, XXXX ). Both closure letters said only activity inconsistent with typical customer account usage, but gave no details. My account activity included normal transactions such as a tuition refund, XXXX XXXX, and XXXX payments. I have not missed payments or engaged in fraud. These sudden closures reduced my available credit, harmed my XXXX XXXX, and I feel I am being treated unfairly and possibly discriminated against. I asked Capital One for a clear explanation of what triggered the closures and how they would be reported to the credit bureaus, but they have not provided this.
