Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports — EQUIFAX, INC. (VA)

Old information reappears or never goes away. Equifax is reporting an incorrect credit score and it is inhibiting my ability to gain new credit. An invalid collection account was removed off of my credit on XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX however Equifax is continuing to factor this collection account into my score even though it has been removed from my report- this non-existent collection has been factoring into my score since XX/XX/year>. You can see that my score dropped XXXX points on XX/XX/XXXX without any changes to my report other than an account balance decreasing. Equifax needs to correct this issue ASAP so it can accurately in accordance with the FCRA.
