I am submitting this formal complaint pursuant to my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) and in accordance with 15 U.S. Code 1681b Permissible purposes of consumer reports, which governs the legal access and use of consumer credit information. I believe that EXPERIAN, EQUIFAX, and TRANSUNION are currently in violation of the FCRA due to the inaccurate reporting of late payments on my consumer credit report. These derogatory marks are not only erroneous, but they also negatively impact my creditworthiness and financial stability.
