Reporting company used your report improperly. I am submitting this complaint because multiple creditors are reporting inaccurate, unverifiable, and misleading information on my credit report in direct violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ). These false reports have destroyed my creditworthiness, denied me access to housing, employment, and financial stability, and caused ongoing emotional distress.
