Credit card company isn't resolving a dispute about a purchase on your statement. To Whom It May Concern, I am filing this complaint regarding Capital Ones improper handling of my dispute with the merchant XXXX XXXX. Dispute Case Number : XXXX Merchant : XXXX XXXX Total Disputed Amount : {$1200.00} Summary of the Issue : I placed an order with XXXX XXXX totaling {$1500.00}. When the package arrived, it contained only one item a choker valued at {$240.00}. The rest of the items were missing. I recorded a video from the beginning to the end while opening the sealed package. The video clearly shows that only the {$240.00} choker was inside.
