Trouble using the card to spend money in a store or online. Good afternoon, I purchased a gift card from XXXX and activated it. It stated I had to wait about 48 minutes before use. I waited and then tried to pay at a gas station where the card was declined. I called back the customer service number and they told me the only way was to mail me a new one. I stated I do not have an address to send the mail to. Essentially I was told that without a valid mailing address, they don't send out a new one. I stated why can you not just replace it with a virtual gift card you already have my money and info and they said they do not do that ( I guess that would make too much sense for them ).
