Credit card company isn't resolving a dispute about a purchase on your statement. On XX/XX/XXXX, I placed XXXX orders with XXXX totaling {$150.00} and {$150.00}, charged to my Robinhood Credit Card, issued by XXXX XXXX Bank. When the orders arrived, the packages were crushed and the merchandise inside was unusable. I immediately documented the condition with photographs and contacted XXXX customer service to request a refund, exchange, or replacement.
