Credit reporting — EQUIFAX, INC. (FL)

Problem with statement of dispute. They keep stating that the information is what they received. I contacted XXXX and Equifax mortgage and they were supposed to remove these inquiries from EQUIFAX which are not authorizzed. I wrote previously : : : : : : : There are XXXX hard inquiries from XXXX dated XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX and neither are mine as I do not have an account nor have I ever used or applied XXXX service. I have reported to XXXX and EQUIFAX and they removed XXXX previous hard inquiries but these XXXX remain on my credit file. Also there are XXXX from EQUIFAX MORTGAGE dated XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX and I reported to them and they still have not removed although via phone they acknowledged they were not mine.
