Debt is not yours. I ordered a phone during a XXXX Friday promotion approximately 12 years ago, but I never received the phone. Despite not receiving the order, I began receiving debt collection notices regarding an account with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for {$1100.00}, now being pursued by Sunrise Credit Services. I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX multiple times by phone and spent hours on hold or speaking with representatives, but I was not provided a resolution. I was told to submit a written dispute, which I did, and the debt collection letters stopped temporarily. However, I recently received another collection notice from Sunrise Credit Services for the same disputed debt. I do not have saved emails or documentation from my original dispute, but I have consistently disputed this debt and
