Information belongs to someone else. I am following up regarding my prior dispute, as the inaccurate information on my credit report has still not been addressed. This continued reporting violates my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), and I must again request the permanent removal of the unverifiable accounts and unauthorized inquiries listed below. The charged-off accounts in my file remain reported without the proper documentation. Without a valid 1099-C on debts above {$600.00}, these items are incomplete and unverifiable. Reporting them in this manner violates FCRA 607 ( b ) [ 15 U.S.C. 1681e ( b ) ], which requires consumer reporting agencies to maintain maximum possible accuracy.
