Checking or savings account — M&T BANK CORPORATION (NY)

Problem using a debit or ATM card. XX/XX/year> at XXXX at M & T Bank in XXXXXXXX XXXX I made an ATM deposit of {$400.00} at the outside ATM. The ATM machine would not take the deposit. It spit out the money and I tried again. That time it took my money and a receipt came out Deposit error to checking and kept my money. I proceeded to try to deposit {$50.00} to the ATM in the vestibule and that worked fine. So now I am out {$400.00}. I went the next day to the M & T in XXXXXXXX XXXX and spoke to a XXXX XXXX to give the receipts that was needed to start the dispute. She claimed she attached them to my case # XXXX, but come to find out last week she didn't and I received a letter of denial. I called the bank back and then faxed the receipts over to reopen the case. I faxed those receipts ove
