Problem using a debit or ATM card. On XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, Friday night, at approximately XXXX XXXX, I visited the Bank of America ATM located inside the XXXX pharmacy at XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX, to make a cash deposit. I inserted {$3400.00}, but the ATM displayed an error message, as shown in the attached picture. I immediately called XXXX and filed a claim ( claim ID : XXXX ). However, several days have passed, and this issue remains unresolved. I am in urgent need of the money, and this delay is causing significant distress. As a consumer, this level of service is unacceptable. According to a web search, Bank of America has a history of handling similar issues poorly, with numerous cases reported over the past years.
