Complaint summary ( what happened ) I am filing a complaint about inaccurate and identity-theftrelated information in my consumer reports, and the failure of multiple credit reporting agencies ( CRAs ) and furnishers to investigate and correct these issues per the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ).
