Problem using a debit or ATM card. On XX/XX/year>, I filed claims with Chase Bank for numerous unauthorized transactions on my account ending in XXXX. Two of these claims, totaling over {$7100.00}, were subsequently denied without any supporting evidence. Specifically : - On XX/XX/year>, Chase denied claim number XXXX, which covered 20 transactions amounting to {$6100.00}. - On XX/XX/year>, Chase denied claim number XXXX, which covered two ATM withdrawals amounting to {$1000.00}. In both denial letters, Chase stated only that the transactions were " processed according to the information you provided or was authorized ''. The letters state I can " Contact us if you would like to request the information we used for our research, '' but the bank has not provided this information.
