Didn't receive enough information to verify debt. This complaint is also my official request for debt validation to MONTEREY COLLECTION SERVICES. My attached letter clearly specifies the documents that must be provided under the FDCPA : the original signed contract, proof of ownership or assignment, the purchase agreement, and a detailed accounting of the balance.
